The We Care Label tackles the problem of reducing household food waste with the help of a physical product along with it's digital twin.

63% of the food Canadians throw away could have been eaten. Food waste is a major problem in Canada. The good news is that there is a growing trend of more people wanting to live sustainably

To know more about my target audience, I interviewed 6 participants in total, 4 of which were users experiencing food insecurity or responsible for purchasing food for the household. I also interviewed 2 industry experts on food waste. All interviews are synthesized in the spreadsheet linked below:
